: : : SUSAHSUSAHSUSAH : : :

Kenapalah rasa suma benda dalam dunia ni susah???

It's hard when nobody cares, nobody understands, nobody provides you with all the strengths u extremely need!

When you keep everything shut, they think that u're OK!, when you start pampering, they think that u're a spoilt brat, and when you start comparing, it shows that you never be grateful.

T_T

i wanna be in the fairytale ......

"and they live happily ever after"

: : Alhamdulillah : :

Alhamdulillah,

Mak and abah just came back from performing Umrah. Actually abah was having a conference at Syria and Madinah. And the package of the conference offered few days extension for those who want to perform their Umrah.
I received an SMS from mak yesterday, she sounded so happy being there, as a first timer. I'm glad to hear that, as long as i know both are doing fine.

Can't wait for my chance to be there. InsyaAllah ~

: : : R A W : : :

Past experience has taught me to be extra careful in life and made me understand what it supposed to be. I turn to be more careful to make my own decision, more careful to choose the true meaning of friends rather than foe and more careful in everything that i've made. I am still fresh and raw. I need to learn a lot and keep on learning throughout the journey. It's hard to stand by my own feet , somehow, i believe when you have your strong determination, nothing is impossible. Endless effort, continuous improvement and never ever give up will make your dreams come true. I've been through the most painful journey in life, and because of that i achieved my dreams.
I believe in faith, everything that happens, there's a reason behind it.
This is me, from a mere raw person will make changes in my life if i never ever give up! InsyaAllah..

**********

Btw, enough from babbling. Last week, i spent my whole Saturday at KLCC, frm 10am to 5pm! Enough to make my feet became swallon. huhuhu. And the next day i just stayed at home and did some housekeeping. When i was at KLCC i went to SASA to have a look at any interesting stuffs. Then the salesgirl came nearby and promoting her perfumes. I admit that the perfumes there are slightly cheaper than Isetan or Parkson, since they are duty-free product. I've attracted to Escada's since it's the one and only having fruity scent which is pleasant to my nose. Well, i don't have any intention to get a new one since i'm still having my beloved Issey Miyaki (this is my top listed perfume with flowery scent that is pleasant to my nose as well). The salesgirl keep on convincing me regarding the price and suddenly she changed her topic, "Miss, we have a promotion on Za Eye Mask, it's only RM10 per box the normal price would be RM49.90... i noticed that u're having bad dark circle around your eyes.. i'm sure u're having stressful time during your woking days.. " huh! this is one of the tactic to attract their customer... Then she added "Ohh.. we have another product, the mask is just for repairing.. i think your eyes cannot help anymore...u have to buy this product for maintaining your eyes.. i'm sure you're working all the times in front of the computer" for this time i couldn't tolerate anymore *sigh* this girl really made me pissed off. (However i still bought the Za eye mask :P) . I went to the cashier, pay for the masks and quickly get rid myself from that shop. huh.. it was sooo annoying.

p/s : tapi ter-influence gak kat si salesgirl tuh.. :P maybe it's about time to take care of my eyes. i noticed about it as well, but i just don't bother . hahaha

: : *&^%$#@ pening *&^%$#@ : :

Arini pening....
pening pikir masalah dunia... -_-"

haihh~ rasa macam dah susahkan semua orang... i'm sorryyyyyyy semua orang :'(
bila buat calculation, i have to have approximately RM150k just to continue my studies abroad!!
Tu baru tuition fees, belum lg accomodation, makan..minum...buku², duit public transport? kat UK tube dia mahal ~
Well, i'm not the only child in my family...
I have another 3 younger brothers who are still need money for their studies..or perhaps DEMAND for money???. huuuuu~
Being the only daughter is not easy. Your parents tend to be extremely-protective!
* X boleh keluar malam sorang²..bahaya... nanti takut ada org ikut~ (ayat my mum since i was little, sampai sekarang..)
* X boleh bawak kereta kat highway... bahaya jugak....
* X boleh pg outstation jauh²... unless uniten provide kan bus..huhu
* X boleh tu...tak boleh ni....
Yet, i'm so grateful to have them. I am who i am now..
hmmmm....
sambung pikir......

Time ni rasa macam best jek... sbb x pikir langsung masalah!! Missed the old good times with my friends. *sigh*

While i'm browsing through the Uniten Intranet to find some stuff for CE Monthly Report.. suddenly i found a folder written "Convocation 2008"
I quickly clicked the folder and it contains all of the pictures during my convocation. Tersentuhnyee bila ingat balik zaman convo! Ada lah few of my pictures terselit kat situ.. hehehe
My sacrification for 5 years (including the foundation year) just for a scroll of Degree. For that, i thanked Allah for providing me a great patience towards it. Alhamdulillah ~

: : speechless : :

Last week I went to my childhood friend’s wedding. Both my friend and her younger brother were married on the similar day. Their parents are actually my parents’ colleague back in Leeds. The wedding went off smoothly, and the foods served were just nice. After we (mak and I) had our lunch, we went to see the bride and congratulate her. At the age of 27 she becomes a wife to her husband, by matched marriage. We went to see her mother as well, and let her know that we decided to go back. However, something not-so-nice happened! The mother asked me..

“So, when’s yours? Buat lah doa banyak-banyak….” She sounded so mean during that time
What does she mean by that?

My negative P.O.V

- Ko dah tua tu…x sedar² lg ke?? Well, at least I’m still 24 years old. Your daughter got married at the age of 27. So, what’s the big deal?
- Buat doa banyak-banyak sbb ko x laku…mintak dipertemukan jodoh secepat mungkin.. *sigh*

My positive P.O.V

- “So, when’s yours? Buat lah doa banyak-banyak….” maybe this is just an unintentional conversation, without realizing she’s into the sensitive issue.
- Just to remind me, so that I keep on praying to Allah, dipertemukan dgn jodoh yg sesuai, direstui, soleh ..and etc.

I accept her question positively .

Asking people “when are you going to get married” is really S.E.N.S.I.T.I.V.E and S.I.L.L.Y. Of coz every people in this world wants to get married. Who doesn’t? It's a matter of time, money, preparations, and commitments ..well I guessed more that I’ve listed. When the girl is approaching 30s.. Please don’t ask them this kind of question. You might or might not hurt them. For me, I hate to hear this, and I won’t ask people when they are going to get married…at least I’m 24, how about if I’ve already 28, and still being single? Please be considerate, we are just human being, yupps we tend to do mistakes, but THINK before you ask.

: : Get up and stand still, Alya : :

I feel so empty these lately, inside and outside. I don't know what am i doing 'here'. Sometimes i feel that i don't belong to this place. The place that taught me the meaning of life & being independent 5 years back. Again, i'm really empty inside and outside. I've been gifted with so much opportunities where there were few people are dying to have one as well or, to be me. I thanked Allah for all the rezeki that he has given to me. I'm happy yet I am still sad. Day and night I've been reciting the Quran and prays to Allah for giving me strength to stand by my own feet, for giving me companion so that i won't feel lonely, for giving me guidance & knowledge and the most important thing, being His khaleefah & adhering to all His regulations.
I felt down everytime i try to get up and stand still. In fact, i crawled everytime i try to run.
No one would help me, except for myself! I'm not sure whether i've already chosen the right path, or the other way around. I tried to make my parents pround of me and trying harder for the sake of seeing them happy. I'm dreaming of being a good daughter to my parents, securing a great position as an academician with all the qualifications required. I've already had my Degree, and now i'm juggling between works and Masters. *sigh*
To be frank, i H.A.T.E. doing my Masters here. If i quit, i'm a looser but if i keep on continue with it i'm in so much pain & miserable. I am being positive and that's the reason why i'm still here, trying harder to get up and stand still.
p/s: I'm looking forward for the IELTS exams.

: : works and more works and more² WORKS! : :

Sigh....

Today, all day long i feel soooo sleepy. I'm quite occupied with my schedule.. though there's no more tutorial classes to conduct, since the students are now having their Final Semester Exam up till early April i guess. I've to invigilate few subjects. The first one will be on the 25th of March (Power Distribution Engineering) and the following subject will be on the 30th of March (Circuit 1).

Lamanyeee tak update blog. without realizing March has almost came to the end. huhu. There were a lot of things happened in the month of March. I tried to find at least some spaces to squeeze for posting some entries about those events, tp as usual the mood of blogging / writing is still not there. And i ended up to exit from the screen and browsing through other ppl's blog. hihi...

well we starts with the begining of March.

On the 28th of February, i went to Uniten Muadzam to accompany CE-ME Contingent for Kejohanan Sukan Mahasiswa (KSM). That was the first time i wnt tu Muadzam. We travelled at 4am in the morning and reached there at 8am (Luckily Anas wasn't asleep yet because none of us know the direction to Muadzam. All the way i kept on calling him for the directions) I was sooo sleepy but i know i've to be the co-pilot for Shuhairy since he's the driver. Najib was there as well and Hajar, one of the Contingent. Muadzam is just a small town, nothing interesting there. And i'm sure students in Muadzam can get full concentration towards their studies since they don't really get influence by any entertainments. Unlike Uniten Bangi.. surrounded by shopping complex, cinemas, located nearby the centre of KL and etc². Poor them, anyhow to me the more reasons for the students to score! :D. CE-ME Contingent won some of the games during the phase 1. Congrats guys!

Two weeks later which was on the 13th of March i had to go to Kem NADI, Sungkai for the Internalizing Core Values Program. I was representing Civil Department for the programme and been into the Intergrity Group. The program took about 3 days. The entire of the program i was having an exciting moment. I met new friends and it was a great oppurtinity for me to know some of Uniten Staffs from each department. Finance, HR, Marketing, IKAL, ITMS, COE, COIT, PPH, Keselamatan, and etc².

On the 22nd of March we had or KUSESS mini gathering when a friend of mine got married to another of a friend of mine!. heheh. almost 10 years of relationships and they finally tied the knot. Congratulations to Boon & Aween. Both were my classmates back in KUSESS. Hope their marriage last forever, may Allah bless u with kids & grant you with happiness living as husband & wife.. InsyaAllah.
I met almost all of my friends.. especially my besties!! Sall, Atoi, Pypy, Ain (dear, last time we met when we both sitting for our SPM, is it??), Wanie, and our far away friend~ Cik Yam!. I met few of my colleagues back in 5 Permata as well, Nadhilah, Kutimonku! & A'an.. how i missed u guys sooo very much!!
The wedding was held at one of the hall at UM, we reached there at 11.30am (guess what, we were among the first!), and we went back at almost 3.30pm, after the photo session. Just after the wedding, we went straight to Alamanda for having our "WE Time!!" - Karaoke. I really had my most enjoyable time with my friends just after we left KUSESS. We recalled lots of memories & histories .. come to think about it, how i hate KUSESS so much during my schooling time, and it ended up to be one of the best present in my life!

p/s: Pics will be uploading sooooonnnnn

: : Malcolm In The Middle : :

My military life started when i was in my secondary school. "KUSESS" to be shortformed or Kuala Selangor Science Secondary School to be exact. Being 5 years in that school i have to sacrifice my real life. Meaning no more TV for me... *sigh*. When people asked u, "What is your favorite TV series?" my answer would be " Malcolm!!! " without any hesitation. Yupps, Malcolm In The Middle, evergreen and everlasting in my heart :D.

Unfortunately, due to my commitment as a student (being in boarding school) i don't have the chance to follow this series. I could managed to watch it during school holidays. Somehow, i tend to forget about it (as i make full use of home, going out here&there and etc). Just after my school life has ended, there was another big commitment ahead of me. Being an undergraduate at UNITEN meaning another 5 years of sacrification again! Though i've the chance to watch TV during that time, anyhow my sense of guiltiness were killing me. No, i'm not a geek but i did study hard to achieve what i want. :D

10 years i've been waiting & looking forward for this tv series, surprisingly, i managed to get all the series starting from the first season till the last season. Yeayy! A bunch of thanks to a friend of mine who managed to collect these series. Come to think abt it, i don't know when exactly i'm going to watch the series. I'm quite occupied with my work load.
Hmmmmm.....

: : S.E.M.A.N.G.A.T : :

Something happened, which really makes me happy today.
Gotta work extra hard in order for me to be "papa's" daughter.
****************************************
It has been a long time since i last updated my blog.
*sigh*, i have tonnes of work need to be done. Marking test papers, classes need to be conducted, report, function to attend, settling with my claims, what else? hmmm... and of course progressing my master work! Alhamdulillah, as for now i'm progressing well though a bit delayed than usual. I just have to work really extra hard and pray to Allah, mintak dipermudahkan segala urusan ku di dunia ini, dan juga di akhirat kelak.
Enough talking about work......
My officemate has just came back after a long break (due to an operation). I never seen her before, until last week. She's really nice and help me a lot with my new job. So far, we can cope well, understand each other, we shared stories, and easy to communicate with.
Alhamdulillah, i'm more than happy now, and it makes me more S.E.M.A.N.G.A.T to manage myself and handling my commitments.

: : Colgate VS Starbuck : :

The conversation was taken yesterday, while both resting in front of the tv

Adam : Alya, ko pakai ubat gigi apa?
Me: Colgate .. why??
Adam : Tau tak, harge colgate 7 ringgit...ko sebenarnye dah sumbangkan 7 peluru to Israel utk tembak org islam???
Me : ????*&^%$#@

and today.....
adam called me, when i was in jusco...

Adam: Alya, tolong belikan STARBUCK..
Me : heyy harge starbuck 16 ringgit!! nak sumbangkan 16 peluru utk tembak org islam ker??
Adam : takpe, teringin....yang ni special case...

i refused to buy starbuck for my lil brother...
and it makes me think, what should i buy for him..to replace starbuck ice blended...

hmmm...
otw back, we stopped at petronas..
i rushed to the petronas shop and grabbed a can of nescafe, by NESTLE..i couldnt think of anything during that time,as long as it is not starbuck..

when i reached home Adam was a bit frusterated when i gave him a can of nescafe but he did enjoy the nescafe..after a while,i talked to myself, goshhhh!! nestle pun one of the Jew's Product. :(
. . . . . and i've just donated a bullet to Israel as well :(

: : Mommy, I'm home!! : :

Mommy, I'm home!! finally.....

5 days being in Uniten feels like putting myself inside the bird cage. *sigh* I need a bigger space to breath! My current room(uniten) is very super-duper small, compact, and full of my stuffs. huh!
Therefore, I have to appreciate my holiday, meaning, appreciate my astro, and my spacious room. Now i can breath easily.. (^-^)

Alhamdulillah :)
