Last entry was on the 13th of April 2010.It's been about 5 months i didnt post anything in my blog. I'm not a good writer nor a frequent blogger.. somehow whenever the ideas come i threw them off.

Today is the last day of Ramadhan and the end of fasting month. Alhamdulillah dapatlah jugak puasa banyak compared to the previous years. Will be celebrating my raya at home and after Friday prayer we will drive back to kampung. Did i say 'we? 'heh ~ my brothers will drive us back.

Selamat Hari Raya to all my beloved family and friends... and of course too all Muslims in the world.

Me, on the other hand, is too busy with my work commitments and definitely my master!

My promise to mak was to get my master done first before i get married :)

My colleague and i were having a short discussion in front of the meeting room. Suddenly there was a question pop out from Kak He*da to Mr S*va...

"How old are you Mr S*va???"

"I'm 42yr old..."

Since we heard the conversation between them..we were like freaking shocked since Mr S*va looks like an early 30-ties man. I wonder how lucky he is ~

Then Dr. Ba*har came.. and interrupt us. We asked him whether did he know that Mr S*va is older than him.. he replied 'yes'. He continued by saying ... "You can judge people's age by looking at the wrinkles developed around their eyes.."

I told Dr Ba*har....

"Dr, i have lotsa wrinkles around my eyes.. but i'm only 25!! (amongst the youngest in Civil Family)" trying to oppose the statement

He replied " Well Aliyyah, in that case u have to get MARRIED faster."

all of us laughed and get back to work...

i arrived at my home around 5.30 pm. raining all the way, as if telling me not to leave her behind. but what can i do? i cant possibly stay in u**ten the whole sem break!!She helped me packed all my things inside my car. we had our last lunch together earlier, at u*ten, which only have 1 kedai opened . . .

sorry for having to leave you behind, if i could, i'd stay & accompany you. don't cry, it makes my aching heart ache ever violently. no matter how far i am, you'd always be near my heart & i to ur heart.
so AyA, be strong . . . look straight up & smile, for i'll be there, in front of you, in your future . . . keep walking . . . and the 3 month will be over before you know it!!

U made me all teary the moment i read through ur last post. i'm sorry i think i'm strong to face it all alone, but the fact that i'm not. i can't even think of it...dat can make me cry...cry and cry...
i hate being away from u...although before this we've been away for quite long time but not at this time.... you leave me behind when i CAN'T even stand by my own feet.. you are far away when i need u so badly dear. . .

yes! i'm happy when i heard that u reached home safely. your home sweet home...
however i'm really sad when i know that starting from the moment u're not here, i've to be independent and i've to be STRONG as u always remind me ...

FiQ, if i could turn back times, i want to spent every second with u by my side.
Sorry for letting u caught under the sun waiting for me just now..that was my fault and again, i'm sorry...

I just hope that 3 months break isn't too long for me, to continue my own journey without u .

It appeared in several newspapers.. Utusan, Berita Harian, The Star and New Straits Times and spread all over Malaysia...

That time was the peak time where i received lots of SMS " Alya..muka u masuk iklan UNITEN..." hehehehe...

Bought it in Mines, when both us went for iPod hunting ...

Tapi since iPod wayyyy too expensive so we just have MP4 player by CREATIVE instead.

Sorry peeps for being missing in action. huhuhu There were lots of my friends keep on asking where've u been as there were no any updates since my last post.

Still, i'm not in my mood of writing (urghh my writing skills is decreasing day by day :( )

Listed below are all of my boring-yet-wonderful updates.

1. Salam Aidil Adha to all muslims. My raya was great as i really enjoy staying at home!

2. My result was already out during raya..ALHAMDULILLAH. Saya sangat² bersyukur.

3. New semester in UNITEN has just started, and in UPM on the other hand will start after christmas. Meaning i'm still having few more weeks for my own sweet times before the cracking-head-syndrome started :P

4. I'm handling Mechanics of Materials Laboratory. As for now, i'm not facing any problem with it.

5. My brother, Non bought for me.. Incanto Bliss from Salvatore Ferragamo during his outstation in Singapore. The price is extremely reasonable compared to here, due to Year End Sale. Unfortunately, i didn't get it for freeeee still have to pay him :(

6. I'm in my new mood of reading storybook. I've few collections from Sophie Kinsella, Stephenie Mayer and the list goes on...Thanks azy!

7. I saw some faux cupcakes in the net and it's a must for me to get them. huhuhu...*kena kumpul duit*

8. Lately, i'm craving for desserts such as cake, chocolates, cookies, & anything to be with caremel. Pheww~~ the disadvantage of being a sweet tooth :(

9. DIET MODE has just started * enough said*

10. All in all... what a boring life of mine. However i really appreciate every single second if it. And alhamdulillah thanks to Allah for giving me strength & patience to face all the obstacles. Not forgetting great companionship - family friends and colleagues.

Can't wait to go home... can't wait to see mak and chit chating till late nite. Can't wait to quarrel with my brothers...and really can't wait to provoke adam till he drives us crazy in the house. hehehe


Spending the whole ramadhan in unit** was unhappy for me...as i have to do my assignment, study for tests, entertain the students, marking their reports which make me torture at the same time and etcetra...

fuhhh another few days to go...
knowing my officemate is moving to her new office makes me feel even worse. huhuhu...
I'll be left alone in the office....
She's the best officemate i ever had.....

finally dapat jugak beli fridge. though 1 pintu jek..melayang jugak $700++! *sigh* x pelah just take it as an investment :P. At first i wen t to carrefour, for a 175l capacity, i can get it for $669. Somehow, that model dh out of stock, since i insisted for that model, so we headed to seng heng. adalah jugak...215l, tapi kna extra $100 plak. huhuhu nahh i just grabbed it. malas nk pk dah...pk² duit habis gak..huhu hu.

Nowadays, it's very hard when you have to survive by ur own money. takkan nk mintak parents kut, though i know my parents willing to help me if i desperately need something. . But surely bukan untuk my baju² handbag² etc.. hehe
Yeayyy skrg dah boleh masak....complete! ada induction cooker... ada fridge.. toaster pun ada rice cooker... microwave je x de..
I'm so thankful kat my 2nd brother because he's always lucky, everytime ada familyday UMW, he'll be the lucky person to receive the lucky draw :P

Lama x update blog....i've been occupied with my tight schedules. Especially with my masters commitments. Assignment..tests and etc.. :(
Arini x de mood nak study...abah, non and amat came just now to 'visit' me. Yelah, i cannot go back home till raya due to my master classes which have changed to weekends during fasting month. Sabar jelah. memang menguji tahap kesabaran :(

Did i mentioned in my previous blog that i'm gonna update regarding my vacation last time? Ok, here it goes...

PART 1

On the 1st of July, me and my colleagues went to Bandung to visit our bestfriend Zahiah. Apart from that we went to Yogyakarta as well to visit my beloved cousin, Aishah and of course our beloved friend, Syap.
Here are the stories abou t our visit to bandung :

We reached there at about 4pm. Plane plak delayed for 3 hours!! ni lah yg x bestnye air asia..merugikan duit org. :(
At first we planned to straight away jalan2 tapi due to the delay terpakse cancel. Jeyah wait for us there...mmg excited sangat jumpe jeyah sbb rindu sangat2 kat dia... Jeyah brought us to her hostel. Memula sampai mmg all of us shocked bila dengar dia communicate with the taxi driver using bahasa indonesia. fuhhh mantap sungguh. at first kitaorg tercengang then tergelak giller². hahahah... seriously x pa ham, but we managed to adapt with it. Practise kat pasar baru :P
That day we just went to some factory outlet...adalah jugak i bought few stuffs there.. some blouses rasanye..huuu couldn't reemember....

The next day we went to pasar baru... naik angkut....its a van having no door. Bila jalan jam, mmg adalah "pengamen" yang bertenggek kat van tu..main biola, jual air, jual mainan, and surprisingly ada live band!! hahaha...at first mmg scary giller... org² yang naik turun angkut tu mmg seriously scary jgak.. we really take care of our belonging especially our handbags. When we first reached to pasar baru...seriously rambang mata...terlampau banyak barang² telekung², kebaya² and sangat murah!!. Memang best kat sana.. i managed to grab some stuffs, telekung ... my mum pesan beli baju sembahyang.. alhamdulillah jumpe jugak.. and my dad pesan beli songkok lipat. Ni yg paling p ening...tapi dapat lah jugak... Owh not to forget..nenek pesan beli tudung endon yang "kancingnya di belakang :P" ni mmg sangat susah nak carik. Sbb dah outdated...Jeyah told me that she'll bring me to this one boutique selling varieties type of tudung endon... :). I didnt buy so much stuffs... unlike my friends they really shop till they drop! best tengok diorg shopping.. hehehe. Since pasar baru closed at 4pm, so we've decided to go to some factory outlets after our asar prayer... Ada this one factory outlet, RAFFLES selling some branded man's shirt. Ayyub was really looking forward for lacoste.. fuh...finally jumpe jgak.. it's original with unnoticeable defect RM60 je compared to the original price yang almost RM400++. Last time he ordered from me when i went for my europe tour tapi terbesar pulak...so, i passed it to tawfiq.. hihihi. We came back to jeyah's hostel at about 11pm...mmg kaki mcm nak patah dat time... tapi that's not all, still ada lagi intention nak pg pasar baru next day nye...hihihi because some of my friends nak carik barang2 yang diorg tercicir x habis borong...Friday morning, pak setio came and fetch us...so, managed lah visit some places...shopping² lah jugak...hehehe this time jeyah wasn't feeling well, sian dia...dia ada exam...rasa guilty sangat... tp because of us yg all the way came to pay a visit dia sanggup layan us more than her study :( thanks a lot jeyah. We really appreciate your great hospitality throughout our visit...... sayang jeyah so much!!
Petang tu, we've started to pack, sb b nak amik train plak to jogja.. the journey took about 10hours!! fuhhh mcm nak pg uk jer.... huhuh
Experience naik keretapi kat sana mmg x leh lupe...bila ingat balik serik...tapi kelakar pun ada... hahahaha...
Terkontang kanting kitaorg carik which platform to jogja.. when we asked the guard he spoke using his language yg pekat tu mmg masy aAllah x paham langsung... we wished jeyah was here to help us..tapi sadly she couldnt join us sbb dia ada exam :( at 6pm... cian jeyah.....
But alhamdulillah, everythings went well, dapatlah naik keretapi and selamat sampai kat Jogja.....

JOGJA...here we come!!!
next update will be the story of our visit to jogja... courtesy to my cousin for providing us with a great accomodation :)
